Why is this an estimated range and not a fixed quote?
Cleaning is time based work. Until our team sees the home, an honest range is the most accurate thing we can give you. We confirm the details before any work begins, and we talk with you first if what we see in person is different.
Why does the first visit take more time?
Most homes need a Home Reset before they can move into Clean Ready maintenance. That first visit addresses build up that has accumulated, so it takes more time. Once the home is at a clean baseline, a maintenance visit typically needs less time, and the estimate reflects the time that specific visit needs—not a frequency discount.
Do you charge by the hour?
We estimate by the time a home realistically takes, then give you a range for the visit. You are not watching a clock or getting billed for a slow day.
What if my home needs more work than the estimate?
We call you. Nothing changes without a conversation first. We would rather have an honest talk than surprise you at the end of a visit.
Do photos really help?
They are the single best thing you can share. Photos of kitchens, bathrooms, floors and any problem areas let us plan time far more accurately, which usually means a tighter range for you.
Who actually comes to my home?
Our own employees, background checked and trained by us. We do not send subcontractors, and you will see the same faces visit after visit.
